Survey

The GMIS Membership survey became available for member access starting on July 1, 2003.

To logon on, you need the member's user name and password. If you know the user name, you can request the password sent to you by linking to: Get Your Password E-Mailed 

If you have the member's user name and password, link to the survey information page and you can logon to access the database.
