Note: Security processing in browsers Internet Explorer (IE) and Netscape behave slightly differently from each other. IE displays the security box with the domain field. Netscape does not request the domain. If the domain field appears, it should be left blank.
If there are two security checks in selecting a newsletter, the first security check is to give you access to documents in the 'members only' area. The second security check is to actually load a document file (like a PDF file) on your computer. If a file is not being loaded, such as an HTML web page, you would not get the second request.

Our server is using WIN2003 and we use security functionality that is in WIN2003.
