Portage County Receives Award for Enterprise-Wide GIS

GMIS International extends congratulations to GMIS Member Portage County, Ohio for recognition of their Enterprise-Wide GIS System.  Brian Kelley, CIO for Portage County Information Technology Services was pleased to announce that the system had received the Digital Government Achievement Award (DGAA) from the Center for Digital Government for the County's Enterprise-Wide GIS - an honorable mention in the Government-to-Government category. 

Portage County IT Services is the 1st Ohio governmental entity to receive this prestigious international award recognition from hundreds of submissions annually from country, federal, state, and local governments across the world.
