Meet the Speaker:
Zach first explored social media in the summer of 2009 by blogging and tweeting everyday as he cycled coast to coast across the United States in 63 days. This propelled him to learn more about how connected we all are through social.
Zach joined Salesforce through the acquisition of Radian6. At Radian6 Zach was responsible for listening to conversations about the industry/brand with an objective of engaging and building a community of advocates. Since then Zach has spent his time focused on helping Government agencies unlock the power of social media. He calls the massive amounts of social data out there the world’s largest focus group. There are conversations happening about your brand/agency and he encourages you to pick up the social phone and start listening.
